  1. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. Customers can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct their entries at any time before submitting the order.

By clicking the final order button, a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart is placed. The receipt of the order will be confirmed immediately by email. This automatic confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer, unless acceptance is expressly declared therein.

The contract is concluded as soon as we expressly confirm the order, ship the goods, or request payment.
